Returns & Refunds

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 14 days. To refund a product, it has to be either faulty or broken.
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchange.
Please not if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to email@example.com and one of our customer service members will get back to you within 2 working days.
